From the 1st of January, Geekulcha has been on a hunt for the 2023 class of the Top 15 Young Geeks. Let's unearth hidden tech jams in South Africa and set a stage to make them known. "Geek is the new cool" as the saying goes, this is the time to define an African Digital Narrative we want to see and that is a Geekulcha focus in 2023.
The Geeks are ready and busy at work towards an inclusive and impactful digital narrative.
The 15 Young Geeks programme is another opportunity to understand the local tech ecosystem and exposure to the rest of the onto what South African Geeks can do.

Nominate your favourite Geek(s): Whether it's a Geek that has helped you, inspired you or whom your idolize from a distance, nominate them for this year's edition of Top 15 Young Geeks.
Nominations close on Sunday 30 April 2023, 23:59PM towards a period of judging throughout May while the class of 2023 Top 15 Young Geeks will be announced on 01 June 2023.
