Tsitsi's Work

  • Guardian Health

It is an integrated system for the scheduling of clinic visits, home visits by community health workers and also allows clinics and community health workers to refer patients to district hospitals and clinics. The community health workers app allows them to get their appointments for the day with optimal routes on how they can attend to them.

On top of that, it allows them to capture some details, end appointment once it has ended, refer patients to clinics and district hospitals and also has a progress checker functionality where patients can record their progress in order to get assistance if something goes wrong.

The clinic aspect allows them to do resource planning using their dashboard which provides information on appointments and reason for appointments. They also get to know the walk in patients and reasons so at any given time they know how many patients are in and their reasons for visits. The referral system allows them to refer patients to hospital.

They can also use the AI and data powered functionality to assess the risk of patients to give a caesarean birth and have early detection of fetal abnormalities and use the results to refer patients to the relevant institutions.
