Ramabu Mahopo

I am the Founder of ONEGOAL Technologies, a South African technology company focused on cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and empowering small businesses through technology.

My journey in technology started in 2012, driven by curiosity and problem-solving. Over 14 years, I have gained hands-on experience across Microsoft cloud technologies, cybersecurity, web development, Python programming, and business technology solutions.

I hold NDip and BTech qualifications in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg. I am Azure Certified and a Microsoft Security Analyst Associate, and have completed Cisco financial management training and entrepreneurship programmes through FASSET and NYDA at Tshimologong.

Through ONEGOAL Technologies, I help businesses modernize operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and adopt scalable digital solutions. I also lead Tharas Crafts—a ONEGOAL product using data analytics and machine learning to empower designers to create their own brands.

My work includes community platforms like Taung Heritage Voices, Microsoft cloud solutions for SMEs, and a scalable Python + OpenStreetMap infrastructure mapping tool adaptable for various infrastructure types.

I won the NYDA entrepreneurship competition (Feb 2025) and the Maxim Pitch competition (TIA, 2024), and was selected for TotalEnergies Top 100 innovation pipeline (2024). My work has been featured at Bambelela Awards (Hollywood Foundation) showcasing RAM The G.O.A.T streetwear brand (2024).
