Lungelo's Biography

Lungelo Mpaza's journey in technology started with a simple curiosity for fixing earphones. As he progressed, he found myself imagining creating his own earphone brand complete with an application to control them. This sparked his passion for electronics, which eventually led him to work with amplifiers. When he enrolled for BCom (Information Systems), he was excited to dive into programming modules. Since then, he has developed a keen interest in the Internet of Things (IoT) field and his proud to have completed five IoT projects. For him, technology is a constantly evolving field that offers endless possibilities and opportunities for innovation.

He is highly adaptable to technology and always eager to learn new skills to enhance his career in this field. His initial foray into the tech industry was as a remote backend developer using NodeJS for a New York-based company, where he spent six months honing his craft.

Since then, he has taken on the role of Technology Senior Developer at CO Open Innovation Studios (COOi Studios), where he work as a consultant with a diverse range of clients. To ensure that he can effectively contribute to their innovation projects, Lungelo strives to be flexible and adaptable, customizing his approach to suit their technology stacks and cloud resources.
